Slacking
Well, Friday was a wash. Too much going on at work, barely left in time to pick the pup up on time. What a pain. Today was a wash, no sleep last night. So, tomorrow's target, Chest and Biceps. Finished reading the Natural Way, will be incorporating a lot of what Beth Horn has to say in that book. Both nutrition and workouts. The only question is, which is better for me? Two mass building workouts a week....or would I feel better with four. I'm far more used to doing four. And I do like the fact that while I'm in mass building phase, no cardio. Hehee. Music to my ears.
